 <li>ESTIMATE: Apply a markup (e.g., 20%) to your budget to create a formal estimate ($5000 + 20% = $6000) for client presentation.</li>
 <li>EXPENSES: Monitor actual expenses (e.g., $5200) against your budget to avoid overspending and potential losses.</li>
 <li>INVOICE: Upon project completion or per the agreed payment schedule, generate an invoice that includes a PayPal.me link for expedited payment.</li>
 <li>PAYMENT: Track incoming payments as you receive them from clients.</li>

On project completion, you will have a clear understanding of total expenditures (e.g., $5200) alongside the profit earned (e.g., $800). This data serves as a valuable foundation for better financial planning in future projects, helping to mitigate the risk of budget underestimation.
