Contractor Assist is a comprehensive toolkit specifically tailored for contractors, enabling effective financial management across various project stages. Its features aim to streamline budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and payment collection, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

For contractors juggling multiple projects, Contractor Assist offers a structured approach to manage project finances in five key stages:

 <li>BUDGET: Define your expected project costs (e.g., $5000) by breaking it down into detailed categories and items.</li>
 <li>ESTIMATE: Apply a markup (e.g., 20%) to your budget to create a formal estimate ($5000 + 20% = $6000) for client presentation.</li>
 <li>EXPENSES: Monitor actual expenses (e.g., $5200) against your budget to avoid overspending and potential losses.</li>
 <li>INVOICE: Upon project completion or per the agreed payment schedule, generate an invoice that includes a PayPal.me link for expedited payment.</li>
 <li>PAYMENT: Track incoming payments as you receive them from clients.</li>
</ol>

On project completion, you will have a clear understanding of total expenditures (e.g., $5200) alongside the profit earned (e.g., $800). This data serves as a valuable foundation for better financial planning in future projects, helping to mitigate the risk of budget underestimation.

Additionally, Contractor Assist features a built-in site diary for documenting images, measurements, and notes from job sites.

 <li>Easily accept payments through PayPal.me by linking your account; clients can pay directly without any associated fees from Contractor Assist.</li>

Draft Functionality:

You can save banking details for efficient reference including bank name and account numbers.
